    Abstract: 1921年夏天,一群由蘇共所領導的知識份子在上海法租地召開了第一次全國代表大會,並成立了影響中國近現代史深遠的中國共產黨。早期的中國共產黨是個由少數的知識份子所主持的小黨,在組織與政策上接受蘇聯的模式指導,當時中國共產黨的領導書記是陳獨秀,而影響中國共產黨發展最重要的人物毛澤東,在當時僅是一位師範體系出身的黨員。但隨著第一次國共合作的破裂,中共中央在共產國際與瞿秋白的指導與率領下,展開了一連串的工農武裝暴動。而毛澤東與朱德也在井岡山建構了一個小型的武裝根據地,並且在井岡山的邊界地區發展了以農村為根據地的革命戰略思想,逐漸的控制了江西省南部地區,並於1931年在這裡成立了中華蘇維埃政府。雖然當時的中共中央主導權是由黨內國際派勢力所佔有,但隨著國民黨蔣介石政權的五次圍剿,各方面實力均不如國民黨的中國共產黨開啟了所謂的兩萬五千里長征,輾轉來到了貴州的遵義,並且召開了具有決定性的遵義會議,這次的會議讓毛澤東掌握了中共中央的軍事主導權,也開啟了毛澤東個人領導的歷程。而遵義會議到後來的延安時期,進入中共中央權力核心的毛澤東,逐漸清除了黨內的反對勢力,成功的建構了個人領導模式,也主導了隨後赤化整個中國的歷史發展,由此可見遵義會議至延安時期,對毛澤東個人與整個中國共產黨的發展之重要性!
    因此,本文主要是探討遵義會議至延安時期(1945年),毛澤東與張國燾、陳紹禹等黨內反對派勢力的鬥爭上,及毛澤東如何成功的瓦解了黨內的反對派勢力,進而達成個人領導的統治模式。而就歷史法學的角度或依時間順序的排列,或依事件發生順序先後的論述,毛澤東與黨內國際派勢力的衝突在先,而後才有跟張國燾的矛盾產生,因此本文的第二章是探討毛澤東與黨內國際派的關係,詳述中共黨內國際派勢力的形成背景與經過、國際派的主張與當權、毛澤東與黨內國際派的矛盾與衝突。第三章將由政治路線、軍事路線、組織路線與心理層面的角度切入,分析毛澤東與張國燾之間的矛盾,以及毛澤東如何運用政治手腕來鬥倒張國燾與陳紹禹。第四章則是探討毛澤東在國、內外政治因素皆有利於他的情況之下,利用發起學習共產理論的運動,來實行其整肅國際派與黨內反對份子的夙願,以及如何鞏固與發展他在中共黨內核心領導的過程。
    The purpose of the study was to investigate the internal power struggle among Mao Je-dong, Chang Guo-tao, Chen Shao-yu and how Mao successfully smashed his opponents to reach his personal ruling model during Zun-yi Conference to Yan-an period (1945). According to the perspective of historical law, time order, or events order, the conflict between Mao and International Gang was earlier than the one between Mao and Chang Guo-xi. Therefore, chapter two mainly discussed the relationship between Mao and International Gang including the background, the claim of International Gang, how it won the power, and its controversy and conflicts with Mao. Chapter three explained the conflicts between Mao and Chang Guo-xi and how Mao used his tricky political tactic to defeat Chang Guo-xi and Chen Shao-yu with the perspectives of political line, military line, organizational line and psychological line. The main idea of chapter was to investigate how Mao made good use of communist theory learning propaganda to purge his opponents and International Gang, and how Mao consolidated and developed his power in the communist party.
