    Abstract: 由於大型公司越來越多,使得兩岸商辦市場的需求也日益升高。在比較兩岸商辦市場的發展,可以發現兩岸商辦市場的熱絡與降溫,走勢大致相同。美國次級房貸爆發前,兩岸商辦市場都呈現買方市場,不管是商辦價格、租金以及報酬率,都吸引投資者進駐。但自從美國次級房代爆發後,使得兩岸商辦市場都嚴重受挫。
    Because the large-scale company are getting more and more, causes Taiwan and China demand elevate of business office market.
    Is comparing Taiwan and China the development of business office market,may discover that Taiwan and China approximately same of business office market.
