    Abstract: 本研究之研究目的在於探討醫學系服務-學習課程的實施模式、學生參與課程的潛在課程以及服務-學習課程與通識教育理念的結合性為何。
    為深入瞭解潛在課程,本研究採取質性研究法,以參與觀察、訪談等方式獲取資料;研究對象方面,則在一所公立大學與一所私立大學的醫學系中各挑選上服務-學習課程的五位醫學生進行上述資料蒐集工作。根據資料詮釋與分析的結果,本研究歸納結論如下:
    (1)服務-學習課程在各校不同的課程設計中,產生相同與相異的學習成果,相同部分為課程未經設計,導致學生參與課程的無所適從、課程教師未與服務機構縝密聯繫,而讓學生歷經低學習、低服務的課程。相異部分為服務機構帶動模式不同,產生兩種學習成果,一者對服務-學習課程多呈現負向的潛在課程;另一者則對服務-學習課程多呈現正向的潛在課程。
    (2)就服務-學習課程整體設計而言,因仍有許多缺失與不足之處,因此尚未藉此達成通識教育的理念,讓學生從服務的歷程中開拓視野、並進而培養廣博、全人的學習精神。
    上述之潛在課程的運作,顯示出服務-學習課程未來還有許多尚待改進的空間。根據研究發現與結論,本研究提出若干具體建議,以供學校、教師實施服務-學習課程及後續相關研究之參考。
    The purpose of this study is exploring the service-learning courses to take the effect of Medical of Universities in Taiwan. The hidden curriculums of students participate in course and understand service-learning courses and general education about how to combine those together.
    In content analysis, participant and observation in courses and interviews are adopted as the methods of data collections. The two courses are selected as research targets; one comes from service-learning course of public university and the other is from service-learning course of private university. There are total ten students being studied. There are two major findings in the study:
    (1)The service-learning courses are designed in different schools which produce some same kinds and different learning results. The same part is focus on the undesigned courses, causing students who participate in this course feel that they don`t know how to follow the suggestion and also they don’t know to follow whom.
    And the teachers in courses don’t have intensive contact making students having low learning, low service courses. The different part is produced by the difference of different leading model. This model produces two results, one result some bad effect on some unnormal learning courses, and another is some good effects.
    (2)Considering total designed courses about service-learning, there are a lot of shortcomings and something not enough, so it can’t achieve the concept of education. Make students’ eyesight bigger by their service, then making them to keep cultivating their openmind spirit.
    The following operation of the courses delivering that there are some space need to approve in service-learning courses.Based on findings and conclusions, some of suggestions were proposed for schools, and teachers as well as future service-learning courses studies.
