Abstract:	本篇討論中文「把字句」的定位問題，我們發現「把字句」具有主題所應有的一切特性：「把字詞」必須是定指或泛指，它與動詞間不需有選擇屬性，它都位於「把字詞」連鎖句的句首，它主控「把字詞」連鎖句中的代名詞化或抵銷規律，同時它在語法規律中並不扮演主要角色。因此我們建議「把字詞」為第二主題，並提出合理的語法結構。
