    Title: 二氧化碳雷射對玻璃鑽孔與組合透鏡聚焦之研究

    Abstract: 首先以各種不同的脈波長度與重覆率來對厚０．１MM玻璃鑽孔，結果在功率２４瓦，脈波長度２０．１７×１０-3秒之內與１０５次／秒以上的重覆率對玻璃鑽孔就不致於破裂。
    然後改變組合透鏡之間的距離來研究聚焦大小，聚焦深度，聚焦長度隨著組合鏡片之距離的變化關係，其實驗結果與理論值大致符合。
