Abstract: The vortex-pair production for the quenched disorder superconducting film at the temperature below the Kosterlitz–Thouless phase transition, the effect of deformations of vortex lines due to collective pinning, and the nonlinear flux-flow resistivity are discussed. It is shown that the presence of strong pinning sites and the random average of the collective pinning potential increase the vortex-pair production rate. The strength of the random correlation or the random average of the square of the collective pinning potential as well as the strength of the random correlation of the pinning force enhance it, in agreement with the current ones when the effect of strong pinning is not taking into account.
