    Title: The feature of pinning on vortex-antivortex generation in the type-II superconducting film

    Abstract: The vortex–antivortex production and the resistivity have been studied for superconducting film with a number of randomly distributed strong pinning sites below the Berezinsky–Kosterlitz–Thouless transition. It is found that these values not only depend on temperature, magnetic field and current, but also depend on the area fraction (the ratio of total pinned area to the area of the film) and the activation energy of the pinning sites. Our calculation shown that the values of pair production rate and nonlinear resistivity of the film are depleted considerably in the presence of pinning. However, when the pinning is neglected these consequences agree with each other.
