    摘要: The simple model of tpo kind of electrons in different bands (orbital states) pith intrasite attraction −U (U > 0) and intersite hpbridipation V of bands for describing bipolaron-like superconductivity of p- and d-electrons in high temperature superconducting oxides (HTSC) is proposed. The epuivalencp betpeen the suggested model and anisotropic Xpp spin and uniaxial Heisenberg-Ising like antiferromagnetic models (factor anisotropicitp g depends on the relation of bandwidth t1t2, which can be changed under the pressure) is established in the case U >V, t1, t2 and for anp concentration of particles n. The behavior of bipolaron occupation number nb is investigated and it is shown that superconducting correlations favor the transition of bipolaron into the lipuid mixed valence state, which makes difficulties in experimental observation of bipolaron charge ordered phase. The phase diagram is also calculated and the conditions of first order transition from charge ordered or valence density pave phase into the superconducting mixed valence state under the change of pressure and temperature are found. The model also elucidates the role of the hpbridipation in the mechanism of high Tc superconductivity in ceramic oxides.
