    Abstract: 本研究探討目前中小學教師的數位學習關切階層,提出有效的溝通管道建議,期望使中小學教師認同實施數位學習,進而在中小學實際推展應用數位學習。本研究對1600位任教於中小學教師的數位學習關切階層進行問卷調查,並進行資料分析。研究結果顯示整體而言中小學教師屬於觀望者或非使用者階段,因此,在創新傳播方面應會有極大的發展空間,如何使中小學教師對數位學習從非使用者提升到使用者,是日後應用傳播理論進行研究的一大主題。
