    Abstract: 為了解資訊科技融入師資培育的內涵與阻礙因素,本文首先分析職前教師的資訊能力,並且探討資訊融入師資培育的意義與作法,然後搜集相關文獻,經歸納整理,將資訊融入師資培育的影響因素,分為內外在兩大類。外在因素包括管理因素與情境因素,管理因素指的是願景目標、經費預算、獎勵措施、以及用人政策等;情境因素指的是電腦資源、科技環境、研習活動、行政支援、以及充裕時間等。內在因素指的是教師個人的資訊素養、教學信念與科技承諾等。內外在因素所形成的障礙內涵雖不同,但彼此關係密切,交互影響。最後本研究統合各項因素,發展出一概念性架構,進而提出因應的建議,以為國內師資培育機構之參考,庶幾為資訊科技融入中小學教育的師資素質奠定良好的基石。
