    Abstract: 生產要素是決定國家或產業競爭優勢的首要關鍵 ,本文嘗試從產業發展的階段特性、人力資源與產業發展的關系、知識對知識經濟產業的重要性、國內外資本流動與移轉、基礎建設的投資與興建等重要生產因素 ,來分析印尼、馬來西亞、菲律賓、泰國等東協四國的產業競爭優勢 ,并透過東協各國區域貿易額的比重趨勢分析、產品競爭對手與該產品在ASEAN的定位等指標 ,以評估東協四國在未來激烈的產業市場競爭中所可能遭遇到的挑戰與隱憂。
