    Abstract: 為讓教育多元化之後能進一部達到卓越化,藉由嚴密的實習制度來提升教師人力品質,是整個師資養成教育的核心。但實習教師輔導制度卻是目前中等學校師資培育過程中最弱的一環。實習指導教師在教學、研究及服務三重的工作現實下,無法對學生提供有效的支援系統。在「教育的品質是教師素質的反映」下,實習指導教師輔導知能的充實,進一步至專業發展的規劃均有其必要及迫切性。 本研究以全國四十一所中等教育學程之實習指導教師為對象,探究實習指導 教師專業自尊及工作現實之資料檔案,包括實習指導教師本身覺知的專業定位,並根據研究結果提出建議。
