    Abstract: 近幾年，因各方面環境變遷迅速，「組織學習」的概念受到各方廣泛熱烈的討論 。彼得•聖吉的「第五項修練」一書中亦有不少精闢的見解與看法，然對於組織學習的內涵 與實際作法卻仍未有一玫而具體的定論。因此本篇文章將先綜整斜述「組織學習」的真實意 義與內涵，俾使讀者能對「組織學習」的概念有一概括性的了解。再者，由於資訊科技之進 步，伴隨網際網路 (Internet) 的盛行與普及，企業內部網路 (Intranet) 的建構亦成為現 今企業新興提昇組織效率與競爭力的方式之一；然而，關於如何運用它來促進組織學習的論 述尚屬有限，因此本文後半段亦將介紹 Intranet 的基本概念及其對組織學習所帶來的效益 ，並嘗試提出運用企業內網路以促進及落實組織學習的途徑。
