本研究旨在利用全球資訊網路(WWW)的特性做為兒童學習的場所,並融入相關的 學習理念以及適合國小兒童的網路工具在此學習環境中,針對國小兒童對環境知識的需求, 且配合國小兒童的學習特質,建立起一個適合國小兒童使用的網路學習環境,讓學生上網後 可以在設計過的學習環境中共同合作以找尋問題的答案,並邀集與學習議題相關的專家,藉 由學生—學生、學生—資源、及學生—專家之間的互動,建立起一個共同學習的網路學習社 群。本文中介紹以自然科為主題的兒童學習社群網站:『小ET威力的大冒險』,並提供設計 與發展網路學習社群網站的經驗,以供作相關研究者及建置者的參考。 The web-based instruction has emerged rapidly to become the premiere instructional tools and media. The purpose of this study was to construct a web- based instruction on Nature Science for elementary students. The site is called Little ET Wiley's Great Adventure. This study was significant because it provided theory-based design principles to develop a web-based instruction to promote students' problem-solving skills, as well as to prepare students in acquiring the abilities of searching, analyzing and presenting information. Implications and Suggestions of this study were also provided.
