    Abstract: 學電腦已蔚然成為全民運動，會用電腦也將變成生活的基本能力，應用電腦於教學也漸漸成為教師專業條件之一。本文以教育部九十學年度校園軟體創作教學應用類特優之「多媒體動畫ｅ點通」flash 教學軟體為例，介紹該電腦教學軟體設計，該軟體應用於實際教學中，比看書學習節省約三到五倍的時間。作者創作目標就是「減一分軟體學習的難度，增一分教材創意的深度」，讓教師的專業與創意透過資訊科技的輔助發揮到極致，教師具備網路教材製作能力後，進而跨領域合作研發教材，讓資訊隨手得，教與學更輕鬆有趣。
