    Abstract: 本研究旨在建立支援教學系統設計(I SD)
    工作之電子績效支援系統(EPSS) 架構及功
    能,以及探討此EPSS 系統組成元件與ISD 工
    ISD 工作之EPSS 。 此EPSS 可做為ISD 工作
    上之適時訓練、提供即求即應之ISD 工作資
    訊、及幫忙解決ISD 工作程序問題的電腦支援
    ISD 工作與多媒體輔助ISD 訓練系統。此EPSS
    可改善CALlCBT 之缺失及擴展其功能。EPSS
    系統組成元件包括支援線上互動學習ISD 的
    電腦輔助訓練、提供ISD 工作資訊查詢的資
    配合ISD 工作任務之功能呈現。因此本系統
    之圖像(icon)呈現以ISD 工作任務為主,各組
    The purpose of this study was to design
    the framework and functions of a EPSS for
    supporting ISD work. The EPSS for supporting
    ISD task as ajust-in-time, on-demanded and on-
    the-job training system represents an alternative
    application different from CALlCBT. The EPSS
    is a integrated system of on-demanded job aids
    and just-in-time learning tools for enhancing
    instructional designers' learning and working
    performance. There are the components, expert
    system, information base, CBT, on-line help,
    and application software embedded in the EPSS.
    The EPSS provides the advice, the inquiry and
    the learning about ISD task. EPSS integrating
    expert system, CBT and information base may
    be the future direction of CBT and job aids.
