    Abstract: 因應資訊社會的來臨，台灣九年一貫課程正積極進行改革，資訊科技融入教學為其中之重點，但目前教師培訓成效似乎有限。本文探討目前台灣「資訊融入各科」教師培訓內涵，發現培訓缺失，主要肇因於「教師關注階層」、「教師需求階層」、「教師資訊融入教學素養標準」與「專業發展型態」等四層面之問題，故以此四方面之相關理論為依據，盼以全新觀點，規劃更為完善之「教師資訊融入各科教學」能力培訓。
