    Abstract: 因應資訊社會的來臨,台灣九年一貫課程正積極進行改革,資訊科技融入教學為其中之重點,但目前教師培訓成效似乎有限。本文探討目前台灣「資訊融入各科」教師培訓內涵,發現培訓缺失,主要肇因於「教師關注階層」、「教師需求階層」、「教師資訊融入教學素養標準」與「專業發展型態」等四層面之問題,故以此四方面之相關理論為依據,盼以全新觀點,規劃更為完善之「教師資訊融入各科教學」能力培訓。
