Abstract:	近年來，受到新公共管理主義(New Public Managerialism)的影響，舉凡運用民營化、企業型政府、組織精簡、政府再造、全面品質管理、團隊建立、賦能、建構績效指標、資訊管理、知識管理等，皆被廣泛運用於教育行政的範疇。因此本文從分析知識經濟的兩大特徵著手，指出知識經濟的發展帶來管理理念的變革，並論及知識管理與資訊管理有所不同，其特別強調知識交流與創新能力。且進一步從學校知識管理的要素來探討知識管理的實施問題，以及探討如何因應知識經濟時代所帶來的學校行政管理。
