Abstract: The aggregation phenomena of simple alcohols caused by hydrogen bonding in several organic solvents are studied by I. R. spectroscopy. The association constants of cyclic dimmer of alcohols in CCI4 are evaluated, and the importance of solvent bascity effecting on the OH band frequency shift has been discussed.
