    Abstract: 離子阱質譜儀具有高掃瞄性、高靈敏度等特性,並可分離某被選擇之特定離子以進行碰撞活化解離(Collisionally Activated Dissociation , CAD),具有提供分析物結構訊息之串聯質譜儀的功用,因此適用於環境與藥物微量分析工作並鑑定分析物之結構。利用離子阱質譜儀多項獨特功能的優點可有效研究下列主題:化學游離法的開發、主客化學作用研究、自身離子/分子反應,溶劑微萃取法及電灑法的應用,或是使用離子阱質譜儀操作如動力法(kinetic method)之特殊的質譜技術來探討離子與分子相對親合力的大小。藉由本文闡述現今離子阱質譜儀技術之發展,將可使在未來的質譜領域中增加離子阱質譜儀技術之應用範圍。
