    Abstract: 臺灣蘚植物 Scapania robusta 的倍半?碳氫化合物主成份經鑑定為一旋環化合物 spirovetivene(2)。根據此物及其 酸重組產物的旋光特性,推測其立體結構極可能與agarospirene(5)一致,後者為天然物 agarospirol (3) 的脫水產物。
    The major sesquiterpene hydrocarbon component of the liverwort Scapania robusta was determinedto be a spirovetivene (2). On the basis of chiroptical data of this spirovetivene and its acid-rearranged pro-duct, its stereostructure was suggested to be 5, i.e., agarospirene, a dehydrated product from natural agaro-spirol (3).
