Title: Comparative theoretical study of carbon nanotubes and boron-nitride nanotubes
    Authors: 王伯昌;Wang, Bo-cheng;Tsai, Ming-hua;Chou, Yu-ma
    Contributors: 淡江大學化學學系
    Keywords: Carbon nanotube;Boron-Nitride nanotube;Fullerene
    Date: 1997-02-28
    Issue Date: 2009-12-01
    Publisher: Elsevier
Abstract: The structure of BN nanotube is similar to that of C-C nanotube, which has zig-zag, coiled and toroidal structure. The geometry optimized structures for BN nanotubes are generated by molecular mechanics calculations. The tubes diameter and intershell distance are obtained also.
