    Abstract: 本文目的在於探討政府消費性支出預料到的提高對於長期與短期經濟成長現象的影響。與既存文獻不同的是，我們假設政府消費性支出是透過累積公共消費資本來影響民眾效用，而非直接提供民眾效用。據此，根據本文研究的發現，政府消費性支出對於長期經濟成長率並不具有任何影響；但對於短期經濟成長現象則扮演了一個重要的角色。其中，跨期替代彈性的大小扮演了一個最重要的關鍵性因素。
