摘要:	生技產業(Bioindustry)是知識經濟的典範，去創造經營成功的優勢條件，是知識型產業與國家創新體系（系統）未來的努力方針。在本研究中嘗試以「操作型成功關鍵因素」[39]之學理，應用其集中趨勢概念並輔以文獻分析法與定性定量交互分析，進行成功關鍵因素之萃取與探討。依本研究之結論與發現，對於台灣生技產業發展提出具相關性、方向性與可行性的建議與配套措施。"Bioindustry," a norm of the knowledge-based economy, to create and operate the industry to obtain a successful advantage has been becoming an endeavoring guideline for the knowledge-industry and the national innovation system in future. In this research, the conception of the centralized tendency of "Operational Key Success Factors [39]" has been taken to extract and discuss hopefully the successful key-factors through the reference-analyzing approach with qualitative-quantitative crossing analysises. For developing Taiwanese bioindustry, according to conclusion and discoveries from this research, offered relative and directional; and feasible proposals with measures to formed complete sets.
