    摘要: 近年來企業利用策略聯盟以提升競爭力已蔚為風潮,在知識經濟潮流下,供應鏈管理雖為學者們熱烈探討之議題,但供應鏈績效管理相關研究相對較為缺乏,故本研究利用問卷調查方式,對產業分工中供應鏈完整之半導體及光電業645家進行調查,藉以了解並探討企業策略聯盟現況,產業間、聯盟採行與否及組織特性對供應鏈績效重視度、實際達成度之影響,並對績效之預期與實際達成間之差異進行比較。結果發現規模較大者、歷史悠久及上市櫃公司進行策略聯盟之比率相對較高,在供應鏈績效層面中,廠商重視度及實際達成度之首要項目為顧客構面。半導體業在實際績效表現上能符合原先之預期,光電業廠商由於供應商交貨時間的有效控管,使其供應商構面表現優於預期,但成本、存貨因素及獲利能力表現不佳下,使其企業內部流程及財務構面表現不如預期。經由Logistics迴歸分析,再次確認公司規模愈大或有上市櫃者,策略聯盟採行之傾向亦愈大。
    Recently, it has been a trend that firms adopt strategic alliances to increase their competence advantage. Under the knowledge-based economy, although supply chain management become a popular topic, there are few to investigate the performance of supply chain, so this study using the questionnaire to find out the situation of strategic alliance and supply chain performance of 645 firms of Taiwan Semiconductor and Photoelectric Industries. The findings of this study are: the firms which are larger, longer-history and listing stock adopt strategic alliance more, and the most important component and the best performance factor is the customer construct. The supply chain performance of the firms in the semiconductor industry is matched with expectation; the firms in the photoelectric industry control the delivery time of supplier effectively, then the performance of supplier construct is better than it's expectation. As a result of unfavorable cost, inventory and profitability, which make their performance under expectation in the internal business and financial constructs. After Logistics regression, we confirm again that the firms are larger or listing stock, the tendency of consortia formation is greater.
