Abstract:	本研究主要目的在探討全球暖化政策對臺灣總體經濟及產業的衝擊。文中利用靜態、長期的可計算一般均衡模型(CGE)來建構臺灣的政策分析模型，其中並以兩層的一般Leontief(GL)成本函數來表現生產技術。接著，本文進行課徵碳稅之政策模擬，並經由模型求得均衡解。結果發現，課徵碳稅對臺灣的總體經濟及能源密集產業將產生顯著的衝擊。
