IC卡銷售點轉帳系統(lC-POS) ,在國人殷切的期盼下,終於在去年六月正式推出,為實現無現金交易社會(Cashless Society) .跨出關鍵的第一步﹒為了對此時勢有所貢獻,乃以企業整體環境觀點,探討IC-POS系統之管理效益與企業導入之影響因素,期能提供並分析企業之反應訊息,使此一前瞻性支付制度(Payment System)之推行,更臻完美和順利.
本研究從政府政策環境、企業所面臨之外部商業環境、企業內部環境及產品特性等四個構面,來探討影響企業導入IC-POS系統的關鍵因素,並提出本研究之理論架構﹒研究結果顯示,政府政策及企業所面臨之外部商業環境﹒對企業是否導入IC-POS系統,具有顯著之影響。 With the respecting of all related people, the IC.POS(electronic funds transfer with IC card at Point Of Sales)system was submitted to the market in June 1993 ultimately. It was a pivotal first step to have the society become cashless transaction environment. In order to have contribution under the time and circumstances, we decided to explore the management effectiveness oflC·POS system and the affecting factors of business adoption from global environment viewpoint. Thus, it will provide analyze the response of business so that the promotion of this perspective payment
system will go smoothly.
We investigated the key affecting factors of IC·POS system adoption in business from four phases - the environment of government policy, the external environment of business, the intema1 environment of business and product characteristics. The results of this research exposed that the government policy and the extemal environment of business have explicit influence.
