摘要:	隨著網路下單券商的蓬勃發展，網路下單在股票交易方式中逐漸扮演重要的角色，其安全性也就受到大眾的重視。本研究嘗試用電腦稽核的角度來調查證券業網路下單之稽核環境現況，深入了解目前國內網路下單券商在線上下單交易安全上所遭遇的問題與困難，並對目前網路下單券商在線上下單交易的安全性加以分成A、B、C三類，分析可能的風險和提出改進的建議，以供網路下單券商自我評量和消費者選擇的參考。 With the growing of popularity for online broker, online trading becomes more important role in stock trading, and the online trading security issue is most people concern about. A survey method is applied to investigate the current situation of online broker on the auditing environment through computer auditing perspective. In addition, this research can provide us a deeper understanding about the problems difficulties related to security of online trading, also classify online broker into three level and analysis possible risks of it. According to the research result and conclusion, online broker can self-evaluation and effecting improve their trading security, and consumers can use it to choose a better online broker.
