Abstract:	研究顯示資訊從業人員較易出現職業焦崩傾向；外部環境因素造成此一現象之重要原因。近年來，資訊科技環境及財經環境變化快速，這些環境變化事件是否讓資訊從業人員適應不良，產生嚴重職業焦崩傾向，頗值得深入探討。本文設計一份測度焦崩之問卷，郵寄「資訊經理人協會」會員回收133份有效問卷，資料分析發現，資訊電子業具有較其它行業高的職業焦崩，包括知識技能、工作年資、公司性質、職務類別、工作內容等因素的差異，均會影響職業焦崩的程度，角色扮演越佳、工作滿足感越高的資訊人員，焦崩程度會較低。另外，外部政經環境變化亦會影響資訊從業人員職業焦崩的程度；而具有高度焦崩傾向者會有較高的轉職意願，並常伴隨著生理上的不適症狀。
