Abstract:	協商為交易行為中的重要一環，但協商者經常因不了解對手喜好而盲目讓步導致獲利降低，甚至因誤解產生不必要的敵意使協商破裂。為提供上述問題的有效解決方案，本論文以多屬性效用理論(Multi-attribute utility theory)為基礎，針對雙邊多議題協商發展一套具對手喜好預測能力的協商支援系統(Negotiationsupport system)。系統根據對手歷次出價的價差，配合本研究提出之效用差篩選法，能在協商初期精確歸納出對手喜好(總效用函數)，並以簡明的圖形介面引導使用者做出價。依據系統提供的支援，使用者便可在協商中掌控局勢，並獲取符合本身利益的協商結果。為驗證系統有效性，我們進行了多項實驗，結果均證實了本系統在預測對手方面的準確性及有效性。
