一個企業是否要引進新的資訊科技(IT adoption)，通常受到環境及系統效益、風險等因素的影響。本研究藉由實地訪視多家已經導入ERP系統的公司，經由企業採行新資訊科技應用的觀點，解析企業在採行ERP時，應考量的因素。研究過程中參考相關文獻，建構一研究架構，包含組織外部環境因素、組織內部環境因素及資訊系統因素等三個構面；利用此一架構進行五家樣本個案之研究，探討其導入系統時考量之變數。研究結果發現：(1)在27項考量變數中，有22項變數被超過半數以上受訪企業所考量；(2)樣本個案愈重視組織外部環境因素與組織內部環境因素者，在資訊系統因素的考量上也愈顯著；(3)主要交易合作夥伴使用何種ERP系統、企業流程改造、人員與組織的動態改變、創造企業競爭優勢等變數，被視為重要考量變數；(4)資訊主管位階高低，則普遍未被企業視為重要考量變數。 The enterprise adopting a new information technology or not is oftenaffected by business environments, system performances and operationalrisks. In this thesis, we investigated some local companies that haveimplemented ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning) for years in order tosurvey their motivations relating to IT adoption. We collected a lotof reference to build a research framework which including theexternal environment factor, the internal organization factor, and thecharacteristics of the information system. Based on this framework, wedesigned a questionnaire to interview 5 local companies and got somefindings. First, of all the 27 variables, 22 of them earned more than50% significance. Secondly, the companies regarding the externalenvironment and the internal organization as significant factors willalso pay high attention to the characteristics of the informationsystem. Thirdly, the ERP system used by the major trading partners,Business Process Reengineering (BPR), flexible adjustments between therganizational structure as well as the personnel, and creating thecompetitive advantage are important variables for local companies whenadopting their systems. Finally, the management span of the head of ITdepartment is neglect in general.
