    Abstract: 本論文以加總計分模型(Additive scoring model)為基礎,針對雙邊多議題網路談判提出二種有效對策-期望效用策略(保守型)與集合式提案模式(互利型)。在維持談判順利進行的前提下,期望效用策略以防範對手誇大出價、節省己方籌碼為目的,依事先設定的期望成交效用與對手的初始價及歷次出價來計算我方的合理讓步幅度。此外,本研究提出集合式提案模式來解決無效讓步的問題,並證明此模式能使協商者在每回合做出讓對手確實獲益的讓步,且有很大的機會讓談判結果落於效率前緣上。
