Abstract:	資料倉儲系統可支援企業決策、協助資源整合、提升組織競爭優勢及獲利能力，近年來已受到企業的關注；然而資料倉儲的建置是一項昂貴、複雜、高風險的投資，國內又缺乏相關實證議題的探討。本文嘗試從組織變革管理、專案執行控管、技術導入建置等三個成功面向，探討國內企業建置資料倉儲的關鍵成功因素；並針對不同企業特性，進行相關議題的差異分析。研究模式係修改Watson & Wixom(2001)架構，並以問卷調查法收集資料；在分析69份回收企業樣本資料後發現，國內建置此系統以製造業與金融業佔的比率較高，而在10個可能影響資料倉儲的關鍵成功因素中，共有7個項目具顯著水準。 In recent years, the data warehouse has come into attention in corporations because it can provide meaningful help to integrate enterprise resource, to support business decision, and to promote competitive advantage that eventually reach the business goal in profit. However, the implementation is complicated, risky and apparently expensive. Today, companies in Taiwan are groping the switch in developing the new technology. There are short of discussions in related empirical literatures. This study tries to probe into the critical success factors of data warehouse implementation in domestic firms by 3 dimensions as organizational, project, technical issues, also to proceed discrepancy-analysis for critical success factors, implementation success, applications of data warehouse with business characteristics. Research model stem from Watson & Wixom's model and adjusted to meet research requirement. Collect data by means of questionnaire survey; after analyze 69 companies responded data, it is discovered that the manufacture and finance industry's system implementation rate is relatively higher than other domestic firms', and 7 critical success factors are noticeable among 10 implement factors which may affect data warehouse implementation.
