摘要:	為因應通訊產業蓬勃發展卻又激烈競爭之情勢，電信服務業者必須檢視自身的服務本質，從深入了解市場來擬定有效之服務目標及競爭策略，而資料倉儲及資料挖掘系統雖然是極佳的解決方案，但投資成效不可預期。故本研究藉由文獻探討及資料蒐集，分析電信業者於建構資料倉儲及資料挖掘系統應具備的需求架構，再引入實際資料結構及雛型系統，導引出其細項功能架構。本研究採用系統發展研究法，利用開發工具設計雛型系統為研究核心，透過實作方式導人資料進行應用評估，以了解電信業者建構時可產出之決策資訊，以及探討電信業者建構時所應注意之事項。研究結果發現，電信服務業者對資料倉儲及資料挖掘系統之需求，應強調客戶關係規劃，先由顧客分析、促銷管理著手，進而求其關係最佳化；建構系統應以循環式之四工作步驟流程依序建置架構系統，以協助企業擬定有效之競爭策略；而在依步驟導引入實際資料時發現，資料來源範圍將影響預期之導入效能，適當的衍生變數及表格建立將有助於提昇效率。 For coping to fierce competition of booming telecommunication industry, the service providers have to examine their core competence which is available to convert to customer-oriented service, and shape their service goal and competitive strategy fit with the real market needs. Data warehouse and data mining system is one of capable and adequate solutions, but the performance of investment in real system is un-predictable. This study adopt systems development as a methodology. Firstly, we make inquiry into some reference documents and synthesize real data structure, to analysis the needs of telecommunication company in data warehouse and data mining system. further evaluate the function and framework of system structure based on the real data. The research result and findings are Customer Relationship Planning should be the first key step to guide and drive the circulated working procedure to build the blueprint of data warehouse and data mining. Through the constant process of working and learning. to build data warehouse and data mining system for helping the enterprise making competitive strategy. The observation from the implementation of the prototype system showed that the data source identifying ability would influence data warehouse and data mining operation effect of enterprises. and the improvement of efficiency is effected by hierarchical dimensions or tables.
