本研究使用個案研究法, 先對電腦輔助教學軟體的發展流程、工具、檔案格式與媒體來源進行文獻上之探討, 接著與國內業界中具有實際開發經驗的專家, 針對不同個案進行深度訪談, 以研究電腦輔助教學軟體之發展現況、開發經驗、常遭遇的問題及解決方法。業界與有意開發者如參考本研究彙總之經驗法則來開發其作品, 應可達到提昇產品品質、縮短開發時程與降低成本的目標。 This study uses case study methodology. To investigate the developing processes, tools, media formats and sources of the multimedia CAT, we in-depth interviewed with 16 industrial CAT experts, to study the recent developing environments, experiences, problems and solutions. Based on the conclusions of this study, industrialists and new developers can improve the quality, shorten the time and save the cost of their products.
