| Abstract: | 本研究的主要目的在調查企業界採用電腦網路的狀況,及採用電腦網路後所獲得的組織效益,與遭遇的問題。本研究依據1994年,中華徵信所對台灣大型企業的排行名單中,排除公營機構後,做完全抽樣,總共郵寄820份問卷,回收的有效問卷230份,有效回收率為28.05%。 研究結果顯示樣本公司中有87%已採用電腦網路,而採用的類別以「內部網路」居多。電腦網路的用途排名,第一名為"一般檔案、資料的傳輸"。影響電腦網路採用意願因素的排名,第一名為"高階主管對電腦網路的利益認知"。採用電腦網路後所獲得的組織效益排名,第一名為"昂貴的軟、硬體設備共享"。採用電腦網路後所遭遇的問題及負面衝擊的排名,第一名為"電子文件的法律效力尚未成熟"。 本研究同時也對這些調查的結果加以推論,以供企業界、電腦網路供應商及政府,在採用電腦網路與推廣電腦網路時的參考。
The objective of the research is to investigate the usage of network, the benefit after using network, and the problems caused from using network. Based on the sample frame of large-scale business in Taiwan 1994, the researcher mailed 820 questionnaires and accepted 230 returned. The response rate was 28.05%. The result of the research indicates that there are 87% companies in the sample using network as the internal connection. The top one of computer network application is"the transmission of general files or data". The top one factor that influences computer network adoption is "the executive's recognition of the benefit from using computer network". The top one benefit from using computer network is "the share of expensive hardware and software". The first ranking of problem after using network is "the immaturity of the electronic document law". Through the investigation of the problems mentioned above, the research will benefit the business, the network providers, and the government. |
