本研究以實際開發某環保工程公司的主管資訊系統(Executive Information Systems,EIS)經驗,具體探討EIS系統導入與建置的過程,並歸納分析於發展EIS系統時所遭遇到的問題與解決方式。同時,本研究也針對該公司的中高階主管使用者,對於所發展的EIS系統分二個階段進行重複性訪談與縱向(Longitudinal)的研究,以進一步了解中高階主管對EIS系統施行前後的看法與使用情形的探討。結果顯示,資訊品質為影響主管使用EIS系統的主因與提昇系統滿意的關鍵要素,並發現EIS個案系統施行後在各方面的滿意度均比施行前高。故本研究期望能提供研究的經驗,做為國內有意發展者在日後EIS建置上的參考與評估的依據。 This study bases on the experiences obtained in the actual development process of the Executive Information Systems (EIS) for an environmental protection engineering company, investigates the processes that introduce EIS into their establishment, analysis and induce problems that encountered during the devedopment process of their EIS and resolutions to these problems. At the same time, this study conducts repeated interviews, discussions and longitudinal studies in two stages with these middle and high executives of the company who are involved in the developing of the EIS in their company, in order to further understand the views of these middle and high executives before and after they actually applied the EIS. The study results reveal that the information Quality is the main factor affecting executives to adapt EIS and the key factor in promoting the satisfaction of the system, and that the degree of satisfaction reflected from all the people after the implementation of the EIS is higher. Therefore, this study expects to provide research experiences for the references and bases of evaluation for those domestic developers who are willing to establish EIS in the days to come.
