    Title: 企業採用EDI系統及使用效益之研究─以報關行為例

    Abstract: 由於電子資料交換(Electronic Data Interchange，簡稱EDI )已在國外盛行多時，成為企業的競爭利器，以求在競爭激烈的環境中掌握成功的契機。因而國內有感EDI的重要性，於是政府與業界正大力推動之。因此本研究想藉由通關自動化的完成，以報關行為例，採實証方式，探討影響企業採用EDI 系統的因素，及其採用後的效益情形。
    結果顯示，影響採用的因素可分為組織因素，環境因素，和EDI系統相關因素，三個構面共有十二個變數。至於採用後的效益，只有四項效益較獲多數認同。且得知企業員工人數，對採用後所產生的效益有顯著差異。本篇除了作現象探討外，並對某些結果作解釋，最後作一整體的歸納總結。
    "EDI has prevailed abroad for a long time. It has become the efficient instrument in competitions of the business world and has been in use to obtain the successful opportunities in this intense circumstance. EDI is very important, so our govenunent and the businessmen push it forward endeavored. Because the Cargo Clearance Automation has already fulfilled, this study will take customs brokers for example to explore the factors for the enterprise to use EDI , and its benefits after using it.
    The results tell us the factors can be classified into organized factor, envirorunental factor and the correlated factor of the EDI system. The three constructs have totally twelve variables. Only four kinds of benefits are approved for most of these businessmen interviewed. We are informed that the benefits of using EDI will be affected by the numbers of the enterprises' employees. Besides discussing these conditions, this study will explain the results and will make some conclusions."
