    Abstract: 製程能力指標是用一個指標的數值來評估製程的品質與績效是否達到
    顧客的要求，大部份有關製程品質與績效分析的文章均著重於單一品質特
    性的研究。然而對大部份的產品而言通常具有多個品質特性，其中可能同
    時包括數個單邊規格與數個雙邊規格的品質特性。對每一個品質特性都必
    需要達到應有的製程品質顧客才會接受此產品。根據現有製程品質分析方
    法中很少有這樣的研究，因此本文不但要探討指標與製程良率的關係，同
    時提供一個p-value 方法來衡量各品質特性的製程是否分別達到顧客的要
    求，再以查檢表的方法來評估單一產品多品質特性之製程品質與績效。
