Abstract:	捷運淡水線為台北捷運系統第一條通車之重運量系統。因此淡水線通車後其營運情形對於捷運系統的發展影響重大。為了擴展捷運其服務範圍,必需仰賴良好之接運系統。本研究乃欲應用傳統區位---路線模式於淡水走廊接運系統。以轉運中心角度來設計接運系統,經由公車站、轉運中心及捷運站階層特性之數學規劃方法建立淡水地區接運系統轉運中心區位及接駁公車路線安排。經過FBTLRP模式啟發式求解方法結果顯示,在基本狀態下,以總成本最小為目標,本地區並無設置轉運中心之需求。若以使用者最小成本為目標僅形成2/T形成路網;而以營運業者成本最小為目標求解結果形成則以 3/R/T路網型式。
