    Abstract: 鐵軌的疲勞破壞一般較不易察覺,一旦發生,則易造成鐵軌斷裂,而導致火車出軌。因此如何有效預防與偵測疲勞破壞,遂為預防火車出軌的重要鐵軌養護工作。本文將簡要說明鐵軌疲勞破壞的成因,敘述影響鐵軌疲勞破壞的因素,並簡介美國鐵路公司,對於預防鐵軌疲勞破壞,在實務上採用的幾種較特殊的養護方式。最後則列舉鐵軌疲勞破壞的分析與預測方法。
