    Title: 導入企業資源規劃系統對使用者滿意度及工作滿意度影響之研究

    Abstract: 本研究探討我國十一家企業企業資源規劃系統（ERP）之導入情形，對ERP系統之使用者滿意度與工作滿意度之影響，並討論使用者之電腦態度及工作特性與 EEP系統導入情形之交互作用，對使用者滿意度與工作滿意度之影響。研究結果發現系統整合程度之高低、ERP廠商及顧問之能力及專案團隊之能力，顯著影響使用者滿意度及工作滿意度。使用者之電腦焦慮及喜好與 ERP專案團隊能力之交互作用，對使用者滿意度有正向影響；而使用者之工作可分析性與ERP系統整合性之交互作用，則對工作滿意度有正向影響。
