    Abstract: 管理科學的技術應用在人力資源管理領域由來已久,但大多應用在人員供需的預測與規劃上,而甚少將之應用在其他諸如召募、甄選、考績及薪資管理等方面。由於近年來組織內工作的複雜性與變化性不斷地增加,因此多能工(Multi-skills workforce)的需求日殷,而為了求得這類人才,各組織除了自行教育訓練加以培育外,向外召募乃是最廣用的方式。基此,各組織在新進員工的甄選決策上已由已往的單一準則(Single criterion)變成多準則(Multiplecriteria)的決策方式。鑑於此,本文乃提出一線性多重目標規劃模式以應用在員工的甄選與配置的決策上,俾達成組織「知人善用,人適其職」的目標。
