    摘要: 隨著環保意識及永續發展觀念的備受重視，國際間開始藉由清潔生產觀點的推動，來解決有關環境方面的議題。本研究以國內通過ISO 14001 環境管理系統認證之廠商為研究對象，探討廠商在採行清潔生產的過程中，所重視的關鍵成功因素、採用的科技類型、以及施行成效;並進一步討論三者問之關連性。
    利用一些多變量統計方法作為分析工真。研究結果發現，存在六大關鍵成功因素、七種科技類型、兩類施行成效;且三者之關係顯著。
    There are more growing emphasis on the consciousness of Environmental
    Protection and Sustainable Development. And the concept of Cleaner Production us
    globally adopted for tacking some more environmental issues. This research
    specifically focus the samples on the domestic enterprises which have earn the
    certification of ISO 14001, and attempts to explore the issues of key success factors,
    types of technology, and implementation performances in the Cleaner Production's
    adoption process; “rthermore, we try to find the relationships among the three. We
    use some king of multivariate statistical analysis as analytical tools. And the
    research findings, exist 6 key success factors, 7 types of technology, 2 kinds of
    implementation performance; and the relationship among them are significant.
