    摘要: 隨著知識時代的來臨,知識變成每個企業所不可或缺的要素。因此,現在的組織不僅雇用有經驗或技術的員工,也盡其所能將員工的知識保存於組織內。組織藉由其資本---人力資本、結構資本及關係資本所吸收的知識,建立自我的核心競爭力以維持其獨特的競爭利基。本研究檢視新竹科學園區內知識移轉程度與知識績效的關係,同時亦探討園區內知識移轉程度的情形。我們將進一步瞭解知識移轉程度與知識績效的關係是否會受到人力資本、結構資本及關係資本所干擾。本研究從新竹科學園區獲取73份有效樣本,並使用相關分析和迴歸分析以探討另外知識移轉程度與知識績效間之關係。另外亦探討知識移轉程度與知識績效的關係是否會受到關鍵成功因素所干擾。本文獲得到五個結論,分述如下:(1)知識移轉程度會影響勞動生產力與研發生產力。(2)專家性知識移轉會影響勞動生產力。(3)相異性知識移轉會影響勞動生產力和研發生產力。(4)相似性知識移轉會影響研發生產力。(5)知識移轉程度和知識績效的關係會受到部分干擾變項的影響。
    In the advent of knowledge era, knowledge becomes the most indispensable factor for each company. As the result, organization, nowadays, not only hire well-experienced or high-skilled workers but also do their best to preserve members' knowledge. Companies can establish their core competition by absorbing knowledge from their capitals --- human capital, structural capital and relationship capital and sustain their own unique niche. In this study, we find relationships between levels of knowledge transfer and knowledge performance. Besides, we will look into the situation of levels of knowledge transfer in Hsinchu Science-Based Industry Park. We discuss weather human capital; structural capital and relationship capital will moderate the effect of levels of knowledge transfer towards knowledge performance. A total of 73 individuals from companies of Hsinchu Science-Based Industry Park provided data for analysis. We use correlation analysis and regression to test relationships between levels of knowledge transfer and knowledge performance and weather relationships between knowledge transfer and knowledge performance will be moderated by key successful factors. Five important findings are included as follows: (1) level of knowledge transfer will affect labor productivity and innovation productivity. (2) level of expert transfer will affect labor productivity. (3) level of different transfer will affect labor productivity and innovation productivity.(4) level of same transfer will affect innovation productivity. (5) there are some moderating variables during the relationship between level of knowledge transfer and knowledge performance. The results of this study provide some suggestions for organizations and further researchers.
