本研究旨在展望與探討環境變遷下台灣中小企業之發展策略,首先對中小企業做定義;並介紹台灣中小企業之主要特性與現況。其次分析在現代環境便簽下,中小企業所面臨的各種問題,最後提出克服者些困難的各項策略,並舉實際例子加以說明。 The purpose of this study is to give projection and strategy for small & medium enterprises (SME) ofTaiwan under changing environment.
The definition of SME is given first, characteristics and the situations of SME in Taiwan are also presented. Next, the main problems which SME faced under modern changing environment are analyzed by using SWOT (strength, weakness, opportunities and threats). In the last, the strategies to overcome these difficulties are proposed with some illustrative examples.
