Previously we have developed some new concepts in utility theory, have used them to modify the traditional expected utility theory, and have established some revised forms of constantly- proportional risk-averse utility functions. In this paper, we specifically study the relationship between the "normal operating print" and the "minimum necessity value." These two concepts are closely related. We have two methods to determine the position of the normal operating point and the minimum necessity value. Theoretically, we can determine, based on certain assumptions, the position of the normal operating point first, where from the minimum necessity value first wherefrom the position of the normal operating point can be determined. Although the results of these two methods do not match completely, they car close enough to justify the practicability and importance of these two new concepts.
