    Abstract: 人力資源是組織最重要的資源之一,而人力資源策略的良窳;關係到組織的用人效益。對組織而言,如何使人力資源得到最大的發揮,一直是許多研究者與管理者努力的課題,一般相信,良好的人力資源規劃是人力資源策略的起點。因此本研究以人力資源規劃與組織績效兩者間之相關性做一探索性之研究,以求證完整的人力資源規劃可以為組織績效帶來正面的影響。
    本文研究對象選擇台灣地區已有股票上市之資訊電子業為研究對象,以問卷調查法從人力數量分析、人員類別分析、人員素質分析、年齡結構分析、工作負荷及工作力分析等六個構面瞭解其組織內實施人力資源規劃的情形,並分析其人力資源規劃的程度;配合己公開之各項財務資料,根據績效準據的取捨原則選取銷售成長率作為組織績效之判斷標準,再以Spearrnan等級檢定分析法對組織實施人力資源規劃的程度及組織績效的相關性做一分析。
    研究結果顯示,Spearrnan 等級相關係數r~ s為o. 523,在α=0. 05 的檢定中,大於臨界值O. 490 ;故拒值-I O' 亦即我們可以相信,對台灣地區股票上市之電子公司言,人力資源規劃的程度與組織績效有顯著相關。本研究同時對研究對象於問卷施行時(1992年)之人力資源規劃程度及組織中人力資源部門參與組織活動的情形加以分析並提出建議。
    Human Resource is one of the most important resources of organization; and the strategy of human resource relates the efficiency of affairs in the organization. People believe a well-planned human resource planning is the first step of the strategy. Therefore; in order to prove a complete
    planning may bring the organization a good effect; this paper is going to make an exp\oratory study of the re\ationship between human resource planning and organizational performance.
    Take the electric industry in stock markets on 1992 in Taiwan for studying; and understand the inner condition by poll about carrying out human resource. Ranking the score from poll's result and their sales growth rate of 1992 . Then; using Spearman's rank correlation testing to analyze the relationship between human resource planning and organizational performance. So far the study concerned; human resource planning has a significant effect on organizational performance.
