    Abstract: 在民主化或開發程度較高的國家,基於對人民基本生存權的考量或由於同業工會為保障其會員之基本生活,常常透過法律或聯合壟斷的方式,強制要求雇主支付給一員工的薪資,至少要達到某一 水準。假設銷售某貨品的企業欲訂定一個按件計酬的佣金制,以兼顧各種不同銷售能力之銷售人員的需求;則上述薪資僵固性對佣金制訂定有什麼影響是本文要研究的主要問題。
