    Abstract: 產品品質之好壞,不但左右產品在市場上的銷路,並且影響著製造廠商的企業形象與利潤;因而製品在出廠前的品檢工作,就廠商而言,便顯得重要。當廠商在檢驗產品過程中,發現某一製品不合格時,它必對該不合格品進一步偵測,查出原因並予以排除。本文即利用網圖評核術( Graphical Evaluation and Review Technique, GERT) 解析法,以網圖構建故障製品的偵檢模型,找出具有最小期望總偵檢成本之元件最適偵檢順序策略。若該製品,其元件間之偵檢,含有轉移成本時,則利用動態規劃(Dynamic Programming) 法求出元件之最適偵檢順序策略。
